In the article "Reduce wasteful behaviour in the classroom" linked above, I give the example where I mimic a hunter shooting at trees to kill them and make paper. (as part of #39: The 3 "R"s.).
Provide an example speech that the teacher could give to explain the need not to waste paper in a fun way, and analyse the vocabulary needed for young learners to understand the speech.
The way to teach this would also depend on the teacher's temperament: some would be too shy to act. Give alternative ways.
And how to deliver the same message to more mature, more advanced students?
